We found a lovely house, FSBO, and put in a bid. They accepted it, and we are under contract, but they have been very difficult to deal with. Some things that should definitely be fixed have been refused, and they seem to haggle over everything. Is this how it always is with FSBOs? Because we don’t have a realtor to represent us, we feel really out there by ourselves. Any advice is appreciated.
